Committee details

The Licensing Committee at Crawley Borough Council deals with various applications for licences. Following the introduction of the Licensing Act 2003 a Sub-Committee has also been established to deal with the Council’s additional licensing responsibilities.

Anyone can attend for the public parts of a Licensing Committee meeting.

The main Committee normally meets once every nine weeks and deals with a wide range of applications including taxi licences, street trading and sex shops.
