To address the need for temporary accommodation, and to alleviate the need for using B&B's, a modular housing solution is being explored, where a budget has been approved for this purpose. Therefore Cabinet is requested to agree delegated authority to progress a procurement process and entered into contract in consultation with relevant Cabinet Members. Any contracts being considered will be procurement compliant and any schemes will be subject to a successful planning application.
