That under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act by virtue of the paragraphs specified against the item. RESOLVED
That the post be offered to Ian Duke, currently Deputy Chief Executive, Crawley BoroughCouncil subjectto, andin accordancewith theterms ofthe Council’s Constitution, any objections from Members of the Cabinet and to formal approval by the Full Council at its meeting on 19 September 2023.
