1.	Action Taken Under Delegated Authority: Award of Contract - Building Cleaning On 28 March 2024 Councillor M Jones, Leader of the Council, exercised their delegated authority to approve that Bidder F be appointed as the preferred bidder as set out in report HPS/040 which was published for Councillors only in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1225a on 20 March 2024.
2.	Action Taken Under Delegated Authority: Future Acquisitions for Affordable Housing Delivery Relating to Resolutions (b) and (d) of Report CH/201 On 28 March 2024 Councillor M Jones, Leader of the Council, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, the Head of Crawley Homes, and the Head of Governance, People & Performance exercised their delegated authority to enter into contract with the provider for the delivery of the scheme detailed in section 6 of report CH/205 for Council-owned affordable housing on a ‘turnkey’ basis. Report CH/205 was published for Councillors only in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1225 on 19 March 2024.
