The following documents are attached in relation to Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders:

·        List of Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders.

·        Old Brighton Road, Langley Green (Appendix A).

·        Dower Walk, Gossops Green (Appendix B).

·        Chaucer Road, Pound Hill (Appendix C).

In accordance with Paragraph 2.1(o) of the Full Council Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution, and in concurrence with the wishes of the political group, the Head of Governance, People & Performance has made the following change to the membership of the Overview and Scrutiny Commission:

·        Councillor Raja to be replaced with Councillor Pritchard.

This change takes immediate effect.

On 20 November 2023 Councillor Jones, as Leader, exercised their delegated  authority to approve the sign off of a Letter of Intent, which commits the contractor to deliver for the Council a preliminary phase of building conversion works to Travel House, up to the value of £1 million and within the contract value set out in consideration report PES/444 which was published for Councillor’s only on 31 October 2023 in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1206.
