A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order document is attached for Applefield, Northgate.

Further to the acceptance of RWE Renewables UK’s Development Consent Order (DCO) application for examination by the Planning Inspectorate, today site notices have put up and notice of the accepted application have been published on their website and sent to statutory consultees, those with an interest in land, and local and national newspapers, in accordance with Section 56 of the Planning Act (2008).  The Notice will be appearing in local and national newspapers in the coming days and weeks.

The Notice summarises the project proposals, DCO application documents and details of how to make representations on the application.  The application documents can be found on the Rampion 2 page of the Planning Inspectorate’s website here Rampion 2 Offshore Wind Farm | National Infrastructure Planning (planninginspectorate.gov.uk).  Any party wishing to make representations (giving notice of any interest in, or objection to, the Application) must register as an interested party and make their relevant representations on this webpage.

The period for submitting relevant representations commenced on Wednesday 20 November 2023 and will end at 11:59pm on Saturday 4 November 2023.

The Examination process is expected to take six months, and a final decision on whether consent will be granted will be made by the Secretary of State for the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero by early 2025.
