Consideration report PES/423 of the Head of Economy and Planning is attached.

On 10 October Councillor Jhans, Cabinet Member for Environmental Services and Sustainability exercised their delegated authority to approve the name of Dreyfus House for the new development at 42-44 Brighton Road, Southgate as set out in report PES/422 which was published on 27 September 2022 in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1150.

On 5 October 2022 Councillor S Mullins, as Cabinet Member for Public Protection and Community Engagement, exercised their delegated authority to approve the contracting arrangements for general information and advice provision by Citizens Advice West Sussex for the period 2022/23-2028/29 as set out in report HCS/048 which was published on 27 September 2022 in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1050.

In accordance with Paragraph 2.1(o) of the Full Council Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution and in concurrence with the wishes of the political group, the Head of Governance, People & Performance has made the following change to the membership of the Planning Committee:

·         Councillor Burgess to be replaced with Councillor Ali.

This change takes immediate effect.
