On 8 January 2021 Councillor Lamb, as Leader of the Council, approved the Calendar of Meetings for the municipal year 2020/21.

·       Full version of the calendar (formal and informal meetings of the Council) attached for Councillors only (Appendix B).

As part of the Council’s IT Strategy to move to the Cloud, over the next few weeks we will be changing where to save your documents.  Your personal H:drive will be moved into the Cloud and from then on will be called “OneDrive” (the icon is this blue cloud).  First we need to push some software to your tablets and you shouldn’t notice any change while this happens.  We will contact you individually to let you know when your switch will happen and there is nothing you need to do with the work happening behind the scenes. We will be in touch to let you know when we need you to login to ensure your tablet has picked up the changes and the process has completed.  Further information and support will follow nearer the time.
