Action Taken Under Delegated Authority: Housing Revenue Account Property Portfolio Rents for 2020/21

On 15 January 2020 Councillor Irvine, as Cabinet Member for Housing, approved the rents for properties held within the Housing Revenue Account portfolio for 2020/21 as set out in report CH/188.

Action Taken Under Delegated Authority: Award of Water Services Contract

Following the publication of report HPS/22 Councillor P Lamb, Leader of the Council, exercised delegated authority on 14 January 2020 to award the Water Services contract.  A procurement exercise took place and three contractors returned tenders.  The contract was awarded to Contractor A who submitted the most advantageous tender.
