151 London Road has been approved for development within the
Crawley Homes Capital projects.
The procurement took place through a Construction Framework and
bids received from two contractors. The contract was awarded to the
bidder who submitted the most economically advantageous
tender.
The consultation as outlined above has taken place and agreement
obtained for the appointment.
To appoint Bidder 1 under a single stage
design and build contract to undertake developments as
follows:
5No. 2 storey, 2 bedroom dwellings on land at 257/259 Ifield Road,
Crawley
9No. 1 & 2 bedroom dwellings at Woolborough Road, Crawley
1No. 4 bedroom detached dwelling at 151 London Road, Crawley.
