Memorandum of Understanding to work collaboratively across local
government, health, social care and housing sectors in West Sussex
in developing a clear and shared understanding of a set of key
commitments to address the greatest needs of our communities
- an ageing population
- increases in occurrences of long-term mental illness
- better outcomes for people living with physical and learning
disability
- rising levels of homelessness
