Authority to enter into a Partnering Consultancy Contract with various Consultants to provide various construction related professional services on an adhoc basis over the next three years, with the possibility to extend them for a further two years.

The disciplines required approval for include Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Drainage and Flood Alleviation, CDM Principle Designer, Quantity Surveying and Clerk of Works.

07/10/2021 - Modern Slavery Statement

To approve the publishing of the Council's Modern Slavery Statement which acknowledges the provisions set out in the Modern Slavery Act (2015) and recognises the need to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain. The Statement which will be updated annually sets out the Councils current position and future plans to ensure all modern slavery risks related to its business and supply chain are identified and mitigated.

01/10/2021 - Town Centre District Heat Network (DHN) Phase 2

To provide approval for funding for a study to examine the technical feasibility and economic business case for the Phase 2 expansion of the Town Centre DHN to incorporate properties and developments adjacent to the existing DHN, including assessment of the potential to amend the fuel source from gas to a more sustainable heat source.
