On 22 January 2025 Councillor Jones, Leader of the Council, exercised his delegated authority to approve the membership of NHS Sussex ICB on the Greater Brighton Economic Board (subject to a formal final decision by the Board), as set out in consideration report PES/479 which was published on 14 January 2025 in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1267.

In accordance with Paragraph 2.1(p) of the Full Council Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution, and in concurrence with the wishes of the political group, the Head of Governance, People & Performance has made the following change to the membership of the Overview and Scrutiny Commission:

·        Councillor Adeniyi to be replaced with Councillor Hart.

This change takes immediate effect.
