Agenda

In accordance with Paragraph 2.1(p) of the Full Council Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution, and in concurrence with the wishes of the political group, the Head of Governance, People & Performance has made the following change to Committee memberships:

Overview and Scrutiny Commission: Councillors Hart and Sivarajah to be replaced by Councillors Barrott and Jhans, and Councillor Adeniyi to be replaced by Councillor Pritchard.

Planning: Councillors Hart and Adeniyi to be replaced by Councillors Sivarajah and Ashraf.

Governance: The current vacancy to be filled by Councillor Irvine.

Councillor Development Executive Support Group: The current vacancy to be filled by Councillor Y Khan.

Gatwick DCO Member Working Group:  The current vacancy to be filled by Councillor Nawaz.

These changes take immediate effect.
