The following documents are attached in relation to Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders:

·       List of Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders.

·       Malthouse Road, Southgate #1 (Appendix A).

·       Malthouse Road, Southgate #2 (Appendix B).

·       Crawley Road (westbound), Colgate (Appendix C).

In accordance with Paragraph 2.1(p) of the Full Council Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution, and in concurrence with the wishes of the political group, the Head of Governance, People & Performance has made the following change to the membership of the Licensing Committee:

·       Councillor Lunnon to be replaced with Councillor Ayling.

·       Councillor C Mullins to be replaced with Councillor Irvine.

·       Councillor Russell to be replaced with Councillor Nawaz.

This change takes immediate effect.

In accordance with Paragraph 2.1(p) of the Full Council Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution, and in concurrence with the wishes of the political group, the Head of Governance, People & Performance has filled the current Conservative vacancies as follows:

·       Governance Committee: Councillor I Khan.

·       Overview and Scrutiny Commission: Councillor I Khan.

These changes take immediate effect.

On 10 July 2024, Councillor A Nawaz, Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Development, exercised their delegated authority to approve the adoption of the High Weald AONB Management Plan 2024-2029 as the council’s ‘policy for the management of the area and for the carrying out of their functions in relation to it’.  The related consideration report (PES/462) was published in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1240 on 2 July 2024.
