On 3 May 2024 the Leader of the Council, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, Head of Strategic Housing Services, Head of Governance, People & Performance agrees to enter into a Pre-Construction Service Agreement with the provider identified in paragraph 7.1 of consideration report SHAP/089 which was published for Councillors only on 19 March 2024 in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1225.
