Change to the Leader's Scheme of Delegation: Asset Management The Leader has agreed that “asset management” and the associated matters/delegations be moved from the responsibilities for the Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Development to the responsibilities of the Leader. This change takes immediate effect and has been reflected in the republished Constitution.
