Consideration report FIN/520 of the Head of Corporate Finance is attached for Councillors only.

Report DAT/03 was considered by Cabinet on 25 November 2020 with approval sought for the business case for the migration of IT infrastructure to a public cloud together with delegated authority to the Head of Digital and Transformation for the mobilisation of a project and to sign the necessary contracts to move the IT Infrastructure to the public cloud.

Following the delegated authority approval, the Head of Digital and Transformation initiated a procurement exercise and providers submitted a tender response. Assessment was undertaken to choose a provider that was most economically advantageous to the Council. This reviewed price, fit to requirements, delivery, skills and ongoing management support.

Following the conclusion of the tender assessment, the Head of Digital and Transformation has exercised delegated authority on 12 February 2021 to preferred partner (bidder C), to work with the Council.

On 9 February 2021 Councillor Lamb, as Leader of the Council, approved the Non-Domestic Rates Income for 2021/2022 as set out in report FIN/518.
