Councillor P Smith, Cabinet Member for Planning and Economic Development, has exercised their delegated authority on 26 November 2020 to approvethe updated Crawley Local Development Scheme 2020 – 2023 (December 2020) as the adopted Local Development Scheme for the Local Planning Authority. The consideration report PES/365 was published on 18 November 2020 in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1054.

Councillor Lamb, Leader of the Council, has exercised his delegated authority on 27 November 2020 in consultation with the relevant officers to approve the Disabled Adaptations Tender and award the contract to Contractor 9 as set out in report CH/193 (available to view by Councillors only) which was published on 10 November 2020 in Councillors Info Bulletin IB/1053.
