Information on road closures due to carriageway patching is attached.

With regard to formal public meetings of the Council, Councillors are reminded that they need to:

·        ‘Attend’ the meeting by logging in to a laptop with Microsoft Teams fully installed (ideally their CBC laptop).

·        Note that the ‘Live’ events aspect of Microsoft Teams which the Council uses for public virtual meetings does not work on mobile phones and the majority of tablets.

·        Log in to the Committee feed no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.  This allows time for the Democratic Services Officers to deal with any technical issues, ensure that the meeting is quorate and avoids the need for officers to contact any Committee members who have not sent their apologies.

·        Not communicate using the chat function of the meeting unless it is to alert the Democratic Services Officer/s to technical issues, this also applies to any non-Committee members who have been granted access to the main Committee feed.

·        Set their background to a generic white office setting or blurred.  Once a background has been selected this will appear for every future meeting until it is removed/deselected.
