Action Taken Under Delegated Powers: Babcock Car Park, The Boulevard, Northgate - Naming Block of Flats On 15 September 2020 Councillor Jhans, Cabinet Member for Environmental Services and Sustainability, approved the naming of the block of flats at Babcock Car Park, The Boulevard as set out in report PES/368 which was published on 7 September 2020 in Councillors’ Information Bulletin IB/1044.
