Audit Committee (17 March 2020) pdf icon PDF 8 MB

Given the current public health situation the decision has been taken, in agreement with the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Audit Committee, to cancel today’s Audit Committee.  This decision was based on the fact that all reports due for consideration at this meeting are to note and that no formal decisions are required.

 

Should any member of the Audit Committee wish to make any comments on a report which was due to be considered they should contact the Head of Corporate Finance.
