Change to the Cabinet:

The Leader of the Council, Councillor Peter Lamb has informed Head of Legal, Democracy and HR that he has appointed Councillor Gurinder Jhans to his Cabinet as Cabinet Member for Environmental Services and Sustainability.

Change in Memberships:

In accordance with Paragraph 25.2(4) of the Council’s Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution and in concurrence with the wishes of the political group, the Head of Legal, Democracy and HR has made the following changes to the membership of:

Budget Advisory Group

·         Councillor Jhans to be replaced with Councillor McAleney

Climate Change Scrutiny Panel

·         Councillor Jhans to be replaced with a vacancy

Crawley Open House Management Committee

·         Vacancy to be replaced with Councillor Sudan

Overview and Scrutiny Commission

·         Councillor Jhans to be replaced with a vacancy

Planning Committee

·         Vacancy to be replaced with Councillor Jhans

Town Hall Project Members Working Group

·         Vacancy to be replaced with Councillor Mullins

These changes takes immediate effect.
