A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is attached in relation to Old Hollow, Copthorne

Work will soon be underway to restore The Golden Tree, the art sculpture which was formerly situated on the High Street. The sculpture was damaged and had to be removed for repair and restoration in 2017.

Now with the replacement materials on order, and due to arrive during the summer, the initial restoration stages can be completed both on site and in the artist’s workshop.

In early July, work will take place to restore the Yorkstone part of the sculpture, which is still in place on the High Street; the work is required to prepare the stonework for the installation of the restored features.

Restoration and finishing of the remaining pieces will then continue in the artist’s workshop and will be installed later in the year.
