Consideration report PES/319 of the Head of Economy and Planning is attached.

In accordance with Paragraph 25.2(4) of the Council’s Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution and in concurrence with the wishes of the political group, the Head of Legal, Democracy and HR has made the following change to the membership of the Overview and Scrutiny Commission:

·         Councillor Malik to be replaced with Councillor Fiveash.

This change takes immediate effect.
