Crawley Borough Council have selected Clarion Housing Group as their preferred developer partner to progress with the development of Telford Place Car Park.

The Scheme aims to deliver approximately 300 new homes as part of the regeneration of Crawley town centre. The site, currently used as a temporary car park, will provide a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes, including homes for affordable rent, shared ownership, private rent and private sale.

The project is currently progressing to a stage whereby Clarion hope to be able to submit a Planning Application at the beginning of 2019. However, before they submit the application they plan to undertake a public information exercise to obtain the views of local residents/stakeholders.
