Option 1: To complete the Traffic Regulation
Order process tor Kingsway Car park to allow the Council to
re-assume the responsibilities of the site, specifically to manage
and enforce matters associated with the car park in a legal and
proportionate way.

and enforce matters associated with the car park in a legal and
proportionate way.
Option 2 - Do nothing. This would mean that the Council would be
unable to enforce the parking regulations within the car park which
would inevitably lead to lost revenue. There is a risk that the
site would become a focus for anti social driving / car cruising
which could potentially breach the Public Spaces Protection Order.
The car park could also attract airport parking, which could breach
planning conditions.
