A key legal requirement of the Local Plan
Review is that it must be prepared in accordance with an up-to-date
adopted Local Development Scheme (LDS). The current LDS was adopted
in October 2019 by delegated decision by the Head of Economy and
Planning.
This review of the LDS includes the timetable for the preparation
of the proposed North Crawley Area Action Plan following the
adoption of the emerging draft Local Plan Review (Crawley
2035).
