Various changes have been made to the
Council's Corporate Complaints Policy to reflect and incorporate
changes made by the LGSCO and the Housing Ombudsman following their
joint consultation.
To agree the changes to the Corporate
Complaints Policy which will be published on the council's
website.
Option 1 - Make the necessary changes to the
Council's Corporate Complaints Policy to ensure compliance with the
LGSCO and Housing Ombudsman's complaint handling codes effective
from the 1 April 2024.
Option 2 - No changes and the current policy remains
unchanged.
